3. Stay Hydrated

4. Have Small Meals instead of 1 Large Meal

  4. After 2 to 3 hours have 1 banana or tea and have a cup of roasted chickpeas.
  5. At Lunch have Rice with 1 cup of dal. You can have 1/2 cup curd with some paneer also. Also have salad such as cucumber or tomato.
  6. For snack you can have 2 small Fiber Biscuits along with 1 cup of tea or milk.
  7. For Dinner have 1 cup of Dal or Sabzi(Vegetable) along with 2 Roti. You can also have 100gm paneer(cottage cheese) if you didn’t had it in morning. For Vegetables its best to have Green Vegetables.
  8. Before Bed you should have some slow digesting food as it would keep your metabolism high and your fat loss would continue during your sleep also. You can have 1 cup Milk with some almonds.

Best Non Vegetarian Fat Loss Diet under 2000rs

  1. When you wake you should have at least 500 ml of water. This would help you in removing waste from your body properly.
  2. After 30 minutes have 1 fruit with some peanut butter. These fruit could be Apple or Banana. Make sure that fruit should not be very sweet.
  3. For Breakfast have 1 whole egg with 3 egg white. You can have 2 slices of bread along with these eggs. You can have 1 cup of low fat skimmed Milk.
  4. In morning snack you can have oats along with milk or water. You can have whey protein also to make the meal more tasty. Also you can add some dry fruits.
  5. For Lunch you can have 1 cup of Brown Rice with 1 cup dal and 100gm chicken. Don’t forget to take salad such as Cucumber, Onion or Tomato.
  6. For Evening snack have 3 boiled eggs and have only 1 egg yolk. You can have 1 fruit juice along with it.
  7. For Dinner you can have 100 gm paneer or chicken along with 2 roti. Do take salad in plenty of amount.
  8. Before bed have 1 cup curd or 1 cup milk along with some dry fruits.
